• Outings - Palmetto Hearts organizes opportunities throughout the year to get together with other heart families for fun and fellowship!
• Voucher Program - One of the fundamental services of Palmetto Hearts, the voucher program provides financial assistance to families traveling to MUSC in Charleston for heart-related surgeries and procedures.
